VSI Visits Northland Coffee Connect

Vocational Services, Inc. told its story of successful business services that help create jobs for people with disabilities during a recent session of the Northland Coffee Connect.

Production Sales Manager David Phillips visited the networking and entrepreneurial presentations held weekly at the Armour Loft Event Space in North Kansas City. The program includes live streaming video of the Kauffman Foundation’s 1 Million Cups combined with live presentations by small business owners and providers.

Phillips noted that for more than 40 years, VSI has provided business services from packaging and assembly to fulfillment and printing. Just as it did when founded by parents in 1967, these services and original products such as first aid kits for pets help create employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
