Workshop No. 1 in North Kansas City.

The Clay County Commission recently proclaimed March as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month in Clay County. The month has been recognized nationally to “increase public awareness of the needs and potential of Americans with disabilities.” The VSI Board of Directors received the proclamation with those present including (from left)  Treasurer Adam Moyers, Secretary John Bucher, President Paula Torkelson, Vice President Bill Welliver, Richard Hubbard, Bill Quigley and Executive Director Randy Hylton.
