VSI Worker Featured in Excelsior Springs

VSI employee David Campbell, Jr., was featured in the Excelsior Springs Daily Standard “Meet Your Neighbor” series that recognizes local residents.

Campbell, who works in the VSI’s Liberty workshop, will turn 35 in May. Originally from Liberty, he moved to Excelsior Springs with his father, Dave Sr., mother Diane, an older sister and a younger brother. He also mentions the family’s two dogs and two cats.

He reported to the Daily Standard that he likes his job because it allows him to earn money for drinks he and his dad can enjoy. His hobbies include bowling and watching Duck Dynasty.

The newspaper’s Meet Your Neighbor article was written by Managing Editor Kimberely Blackburn.
