Production Sale Representative

Salary range $42,000-$50,000.

VSI has an immediate opening for a Production Sales Representative to drive sales for our 3 extended sheltered workshop locations that employ people with disabilities to perform subcontract packaging, assembly work, commercial printing and vet kits in a light-industrial environment. This position is for an entrepreneurial minded person. This position requires an Associate’s degree in marketing, business management, and two (2) years of related experience is preferred however; a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of (4) years or more experience may be substituted. Work experience in a computerized environment.

Program Supervisor                                                          
This position is for our NKC location

$16.25-$16.75 per hour

Provide employment related advocacy and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Assist employees in the workshop setting with developing vocational goals and provide written feedback.  Develop and maintain case records.  This position requires a H.S. diploma or a GED and 2 years’ experience in case management and/or data collection with work experience in a computerized work environment.

Work Adjustment Specialist                         
Openings available at our Liberty and NKC location

$15.50-16.00 per hour

Supervise, coordinate and document the production work and activities of individuals with disabilities in the Extended Employment Sheltered Workshop. This position will provide assistance and training to develop and improve vocational skills needed for gainful employment.

A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED); with 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.  The ideal candidate will have experience providing supports in an employment, volunteer or community setting.
